Vacation Home Tenant Rules and Regulations
1. Pets are allowed if the rental homeowner allows, but it is your responsibility to clean up after them, and to keep them on a leash. Vaccination records should be kept on hand at all times.
2. Please be respectful of our permanent residents this is there home. Quiet time is from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday thru Thursday and from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. Friday thru Sunday. Holiday weekends: 12 a.m. to 9 a.m.
No loud or disrespectful conduct will be allowed. Remember this is a peaceful family oriented community. If you come here to party take it somewhere else it will not be tolerated here.
3. There are to be no uncontrolled firearms on the premises. If you bring a gun to our development, you should be in control of that weapon at all times. You must be able to immediately produce a license to carry any firearm into the Summer Breeze Development.
Any act of violence will immediately be reported to the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department.
4. Alcohol is permitted, but there is to be no minor consumption on the rental premises or in this development. Please use discretion on the amount alcohol you or any individual in your party consumes. Any driving under the influence or behavior that results in any violation of these rules will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
Absolutely no form of illegal drugs will be tolerated on these premises!
5. Please try to keep your children and pets away from other resident’s property. If you witness any act of vandalism to any home, vehicles, or development facility, please report it to local law enforcement immediately.
6. We request that there be no fireworks discharged within 300 feet of any residential dwelling. If you must bring fireworks to our development please let them off on the shoreline over the lake.
7. DO NOT CUT DOWN OUR TREES THEY BELONG TO US! Nail and screws are not to be used on our trees. Bring Your Own Firewood!
8. Please do not leave your children unattended and out of your control. This is especially important on holiday weekends when the lake is full of strangers.
9. We (the permanent residents and homeowners of Summer Breeze Development) claim no responsibility or liability for any property damaged or stolen from your vacation rental site or through out the development. Please do not leave any items of value to you unattended at your rental site.
10. Please clean up your area especially around the shoreline. Please don’t dispose of trash on the shoreline or in the lake.
These rules are pretty much common sense and courtesy. We hope that everyone has an enjoyable, safe time & that you will come back and visit our peaceful community again.
